Top Notch Air Conditioning Pty Ltd carries out planned maintenance/ service works to the Domestic, Commercial and Industrial sectors, on all types and brands of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) plant and equipment.
As a contract Client, you will experience reduced prices, dedicated customer service and technical teams on hand, along with optimal performing equipment.

HVAC Preventative Maintenance
It is the responsibility of tenants, home and building owners to ensure HVAC Preventative Maintenance is carried out in compliance with Australian Standards. Routine maintenance visits not only prevent breakdowns from occurring and cost reduction, it also ensures a safe and comfortable working environment within a building or structure.
Preventative Maintenance agreement.
Top Notch Air Conditioning would be glad to provide at no cost to you, an obligation free Preventative Maintenance agreement. The agreement will be formulated at a reduced Contract Client price, based on a selected frequency of Service visits and the agreement price will remain firm for at least 1 year.
Top Notch Air Conditioning is fully insured, registered and licensed.
All works are accompanied with certificates of compliance so you can be safe in the knowledge that the job was done correctly by qualified personnel and to the stringent Australian Standards set out for the industry.
